A sustainable part of history

Markshall Estate was gifted to the people by its last owner, Thomas Phillips Price, and is complete with stunning gardens and a world-class arboretum. As a visitor attraction, the Markshall Trust have the future in mind and have created a bold and strategic plan to thrive whilst conserving the environment and protecting the estate for future generations.

As well as showcasing things to do at the estate, the new website offers venue hire, weddings, an online shop as well as donations and membership signups.

About the project

This project started with a discovery session and design workshop to understand the needs of the project. Together we explored customer personas, branding and positioning, information architecture and the user journey and user intent. This approach allowed us to best design and build a website that would not only look great, but also perform amazingly and ultimately serve its purpose as a powerful marketing tool.

We are absolutely delighted with our new website, it really reflects our new brand and style, and I’m extremely pleased with the functionality. I’m really looking forward to seeing it develop over the next few years as our strategy gets delivered.
